Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Gillian Sarah, an AI content and video generation service for makeup tutorial inspiration.
Acceptance
By using Gillian Sarah, you agree to these Terms and all policies linked from the service.
Service
The service converts your prompts, uploads, and preferences into AI-generated beauty briefs, candidate images, tutorial reels, showcase clips, and PDF step guides.
Not a retail or medical service
Gillian Sarah provides AI content and video generation. We do not sell cosmetics, perform skin analysis, provide dermatology guidance, recommend prescriptions, or provide cosmetic procedure advice.
Accounts and age
You must be at least 13. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must consent. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all use of your account.
Subscriptions and credits
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are service allowances and have no cash value. Add-on packs provide additional service usage only. Checkout pages must show price, billing period, renewal terms, and links to these Terms.
Checkout disclosures
Before payment, checkout must identify the selected plan or pack, USD price, billing period, renewal timing, cancellation path, credit amount, material limitations, and links to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Disclaimer.
Credit consumption
Credits may be consumed by chat requests, generated images, tutorial reels, showcase clips, and exports. Credits are delivered as digital service access, not stored value, gift cards, e-money, or a cash-equivalent balance.
Acceptable use
You may not upload another person without permission, impersonate creators or brands, create misleading endorsements, infringe intellectual property, generate content aimed at selling cosmetics to minors, or request medical, dermatology, cosmetic procedure, prescription, or surgery-related content.
AI outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
Suspension
We may suspend or limit access for policy violations, payment failure, suspected fraud, chargebacks, security risk, unlawful content, or misuse of another person's face or third-party rights.
Disputes and evidence
For payment disputes, we may submit records showing account creation, checkout terms, subscription state, credit delivery, credit consumption, generated asset delivery, download events, IP and device signals where available, and support communications.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Effective date
These Terms are effective 2026-05-02.
