No. Selfies, product shelf photos, mood boards, generated looks, and video outputs are processed to provide the requested service. Gillian Sarah does not use your private uploads to train foundation models.
Are these professional makeup recommendations?
No. Gillian Sarah creates AI-assisted beauty content for inspiration and personal practice. It is not advice from a licensed makeup artist, dermatologist, allergy specialist, or medical professional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund or account action changes that period.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly plan credits are service allowances for that billing cycle. Add-on pack credits remain available while the account is active and in good standing, subject to the Terms of Service.
Refund policy?
Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy. We can refund duplicate charges, billing errors, and failed delivery cases. Credits already spent on generated assets are normally non-refundable unless required by law.
Age and skin sensitivities?
Users under 13 may not use the service. Users aged 13 to 17 need parent or guardian consent. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, pregnancy-related concerns, or a known skin condition, consult a qualified professional before trying new products and consider a patch test.
