Content License

This Content License explains ownership and use of prompts, uploads, and AI-generated outputs.

Your content

You retain rights you already have in prompts, selfies, product shelf photos, mood boards, and other uploads. You grant Gillian Sarah a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and deliver that content to provide the service.

Generated outputs

Subject to these Terms, your plan, and applicable law, you may use generated images, tutorial reels, showcase clips, and PDFs for personal and social content. Commercial use may require an Atelier plan or separate permission where stated in the product.

No model-training license for private uploads

We do not claim a right to use private selfies or private uploads to train foundation models. We may process them through service providers only to provide, secure, debug, and support the requested service.

Limits

Generated outputs may resemble existing styles or public content by coincidence. You are responsible for checking whether publication infringes rights, privacy, advertising rules, platform terms, or third-party brand guidelines.

Music and platform use

Included music presets, captions, and visual assets are provided for in-product generation. Before posting, you must confirm that your use complies with the destination platform, advertising rules, and any music or content license limits.

Portfolio and marketing

We will not feature your private face uploads or private generated assets in public marketing without your permission. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to describe service reliability and product performance.

Removal

We may remove or restrict content that violates policy, law, rights, safety requirements, or payment obligations.
