Age rules
Users under 13 may not use the service. Users aged 13 to 17 need parent or guardian consent.
Face permissions
Do not upload or generate content using another person's face unless you are that person or have clear permission.
Restricted requests
Do not request medical, dermatology, cosmetic procedure, prescription, surgery, injection, allergy assessment, or claims that promise to cure, remove, or permanently solve a condition.
Minor-related limits
Do not generate content that markets cosmetics to children, sexualizes minors, pressures teens to alter appearance, or targets users aged 13 to 17 without parent or guardian involvement.
Advertising and impersonation
Do not generate fake endorsements, counterfeit brand promotions, misleading sponsored content, or content that implies affiliation with a brand or creator without permission.
Rights and brands
Do not use the service to copy a living artist's campaign, imitate a creator for deception, misuse logos, pass off counterfeit products, or imply that a cosmetic brand approved your output.
Protected traits and harassment
Do not request makeup content that stereotypes, humiliates, excludes, or targets people based on protected traits.
Adult and unsafe content
Do not use the service to create explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, self-harm instructions, illegal activity, or content that violates payment processor or platform rules.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable generation, suspend accounts, withhold credits, or report activity where needed to protect users, rights holders, and the service.
