Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Gillian Sarah reviews subscription and credit pack refund requests.
General rule
Because AI generation consumes computing resources when assets are created, spent credits and delivered generated assets are usually non-refundable unless required by law.
Eligible cases
We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges after verification, prolonged service outage that prevents delivery, or a generated asset failure where credits were charged but no usable output was delivered.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available for dissatisfaction with creative taste, failure to read plan limits, expired monthly allowances, generated assets already delivered, account misuse, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or third-party platform decisions after you post an output.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless we approve a refund or account action changes access.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs may be eligible for review within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are reviewed case by case.
How to request
Email support@gilliansarahs.com with your account email, invoice or receipt reference, date, amount, and reason. We may request information needed to investigate delivery, use, and billing status.
Review timing
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable support window. Complex cases involving delivery logs, fraud signals, payment disputes, or third-party provider incidents may take longer.
Disputes
If you open a payment dispute, we may submit evidence including order records, accepted terms, credit delivery, asset delivery, usage logs, and support communications.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. If a legal right gives you a different remedy, that right controls.
